Privacy, clearly.
This explains how information submitted through the RavXn Studio website is used.
What you share
When you send a project inquiry, the information you provide can include your name, email address, business name, project description, chosen service, optional budget and timing, and selected language. Please do not include passwords or other sensitive account credentials.
Why it is used
Your details are used to respond to your inquiry, understand your project, and keep a record of the conversation. They are not a subscription to marketing messages. Project and contact information is available through the private owner dashboard.
Technical information
The website may record limited request information for security, spam prevention, and basic usage measurement. Operational logs should not contain the full text of your project brief. The interactive product demonstration uses sample data and does not make a real booking.
Messages and service providers
When configured, hosting, storage, and email providers process the information needed to operate the site and deliver messages. Email replies may be linked to your original inquiry. Private attachments, where available, require authorized access.
Your choices
You can ask about the information associated with your inquiry or request correction or deletion by replying to the project conversation or contacting Joe through this website. Some records may need to be retained to meet ongoing project obligations. Backup copies follow their own retention cycle.
Browser storage
The project form may keep an unfinished draft in your browser so that changing language or returning to a step does not erase your work. You can clear browser storage to remove that draft. Owner sign-in uses a session cookie to keep administrative access secure.
