Signs you need it

  • The same information is typed into several places: a spreadsheet, a notebook, and a WhatsApp message.
  • You can’t answer simple questions quickly, like "what did we sell this month?" or "who owes us money?"
  • Mistakes happen when a key employee is away.
  • Ready-made software almost fits, but forces your team to work around it every day.

If off-the-shelf software does fit, I’ll tell you. It’s cheaper, and custom software only makes sense when it saves real time or money.

What I build

  • Point of sale and inventory. Sales, stock, and receipts in one place, linked to an online store if you have one. Gavieli Software is a shop system with a point of sale.
  • Booking and scheduling. Appointments for clinics, salons, studios, or rentals, with reminders.
  • Internal dashboards. Sales, expenses, and team activity on one screen, replacing a stack of spreadsheets.
  • B2B ordering. Catalogs, prices for approved customers, and order tracking, like B2B Marketplace, a wholesale ordering app for approved businesses in Lebanon.
  • Customer portals. A place where your clients log in to see their orders, documents, or progress.

Built for working here

  • Arabic and English in the same system, so every member of your team can use it.
  • Dollars and lira. Records in USD, with lira amounts where you need them for receipts or reports.
  • Unreliable connections. Systems that save work as it’s entered and handle a dropped connection gracefully.
  • Your data, backed up. Daily backups, so a power cut or a broken laptop doesn’t mean lost records.
  • Access by role. Owners, managers, and staff each see only what they need.

How a software project works

  1. 01

Understand the work. I sit with how your team does the job today, and we pick the one problem worth solving first.

  2. 02

A first version. We build the smallest useful version and put it in your team’s hands within weeks, not months.

  3. 03

Improve with use. Real use shows what needs changing. We adjust in short rounds.

  4. 04

Hand over and support. You get documentation, training for your team, and ongoing support if you want it.

Cost

Custom software usually starts from about $8,000 for a focused first version, depending on what it needs to do. Starting with one well-chosen problem keeps the first version affordable and useful. The costs guide explains what drives the price.

Questions people ask

Do I own the code?

Yes. You own the software and its data, and you receive the source code and accounts at handover.

Can it connect to my online store or accounting tool?

Usually, yes. Most modern tools allow connections. I’ll check what yours supports before we plan the project.

Does it work on phones?

Yes. Systems are built for the web, so they work on phones, tablets, and computers without installing anything. A mobile app can be added when it’s worth it.
